Einige haben es ja offensichtlich schon mitbekommen.
Es kommt ein neues Patrik AEON Foil. Warum? Weil alle Sparten wie wind-, Wing-, Downwind-Foil abgedeckt werden.
Zum Teil sind die einzelnen Bauteile kompatibel, zum Teil auch nicht. Die alten Teile wird es noch weiter geben.
Expanded AEON foil range
The second major introduction is the long-awaited expansion of the AEON foil range. After two years of testing, and building on the proven performance of the AEON windsurf racing foil, we are introducing a broader system for windsurfing, wingfoiling and other foil disciplines. The updated range uses a smaller connection on all AEON foil parts and adds front wings for a wide variety of applications. Development is continuing, and additional components will be released once they are fully validated. This new extended AEON foil range is 100% compatible between all offered parts. AEON compatibility explained With the new refined and smaller connections AEON is the only brand on the foil market offering one system throughout all parts in the disciplines windsurf-, wing-, downwind sup-, parawing-, prone-, pump- and wake-foil. Front-Wing Connection SC1 (Slim-Connection-1): The screw position remains and in general both the new and older parts can be mounted between each other but will show a 1mm overlap per side on either the fuselage or the front wing.
Mast connection SC2 (Slim-Connection-2): Not compatible with older parts
Tail-Wing Connection SC2 (Slim-Connection-2): Not compatible with older parts.
The shapes of the windsurf-specific AEON components will remain unchanged; only the connection will be updated. Additional new front wings will be introduced later in the year. After the PWA registration deadline on 15 December 2026. The preorder sheet currently includes the components already confirmed for production. If additional components are approved at the end of the year, partners will be able to update their orders if required. We will continue to supply AEON Generation 1 components for the foils currently on the market, but the range will gradually be phased out over time.
