AROME 2.5 km model from GeoSphere Austria

The AROME (Application of Research to Operations at MEsoscale) model from GeoSphere Austria provides forecasts for the extended Alpine region on a 2.5-kilometer grid. It is run every 3 hours and provides forecasts for 60 hours. The AROME model code is being developed in collaboration with the partner weather services of the ACCORD consortium

Note: As we now have more AROME-based models from different weather agencies, we will use the following abbreviations to indicate the source: AROME-AT for the Austrian model, AROME-FR for models run by Météo-France, and AROME-HU for the Hungarian model.
