Die ersten Informationen zu Loftsails treffen ein.

    Loftsails Purelip HD 2026/27

    Größen 3.3 - 5.7

    Preisspanne 699,00€ - 799,00€

With over 20 years of continuous evolution, the Purelip has become the benchmark for uncompromising wave performance. Built to thrive in the most demanding conditions, it excels in waves, bump blasting, and big days.

The 2026 Purelip brings fresh refinements to this proven formula. Higher aspect ratios result in shorter booms and improve handling and reactivity, while rescheduled luff curves enhance control across a wider wind range. Batten angle re-orientation shifts power and weight distribution lower, delivering a lighter, more balanced feel in the hands.

Stability and ease of use remain defining hallmarks. Sizes above 3.7 feature a 5-batten layout for outstanding upper-end stability. New dual Kevlar clew radials maintain profile integrity and forward drive even under heavy gusts, while distributing loads more efficiently for lasting performance.

Durability has been taken up another notch. The new 5mil foot panels and a robust 30mm wide mast panel seam deliver exceptional resistance to wear and tear in relentless surf. The full X-Ply construction continues, along with Loftsails’ exclusive Integrated Panel Concept (IPC) overlaps at the head, tack, and clew for unmatched strength. The Purelip’s head panels use dual-layer Dacron to improve roll-up ease and enhance long-term durability.

The 2026 graphic embodies functional minimalism. By removing excess marker cloth and scrim, the sail’s weight center is lowered and long-term durability improved.

Like all Loftsails designs, the Purelip offers a broad tuning range and exceptional trim reactivity. Two clew eyelets and three micro battens across all sizes let you fine-tune leech tension and maintain leech silence, even when sailing with firm upper-end trim.

While tube battens can snap under wave impact, Loftsails Standing Battens are extensively used in the Purelip, combining optimized forward-oriented drive with superior resilience. From the abrasion-resistant mast pad to strategically placed PVC protectors, every detail is designed to endure season after season of hardcore riding.

Finished with the clean, purpose-driven 2026 graphic, the new Purelip stands as Loftsails’ dedication to top-end stability, reliability, and pure wave-bred performance.

    Loftsails Windscape HD 2026/27

    Bump & Jump

    Größen 5.2 - 7.0

    Preisspanne 779,00€ - 869,00€

The Windscape is Loftsails’ dedicated bump & jump sail, designed for riders who crave easy handling, light feel, and a confident ride whether on flat water, chop, or light waves.

Its outline bridges the gap between wave and freeride/slalom designs. Above the boom, the Windscape shares DNA with the Purelip: a lightweight profile that feels crisp and reactive in the hands, making it effortless to throw around in maneuvers. Below the boom, an extended batten setup, similar in concept to the Oxygen, adds drive and tracking for blasting on a fin. While slightly less full and locked-in than the Oxygen, this lower profile is more forgiving and responsive for bump & jump-style riding.

The Windscape’s unique hybrid character gives it a wide wind range and smooth, dependable power delivery, especially useful when navigating wind holes or variable coastal conditions. A finely tuned luff curve, similar to the Purelip, ensures excellent reactivity and easy handling through jibes and transitions. For sailors looking for that balance of maneuverability and speed, it offers the best of both worlds.

Whether you’re chasing speed across flat water, weaving through gusts, or carving in light European wave conditions, the Windscape delivers with ease. It’s super light in the hands, highly controllable in strong winds, and makes every session feel smooth, fast, and fun.

    Loftsails Oxygen HD 2026/27

    Größen 4.6 - 8.5

    Preisspanne 829,00€ - 989,00€

Oxygen has built a reputation as one of the most reliable and proven freeride sails on the water with legacy shaped by decades of design refinement and superlative magazine tests.

As a true freeride design, Oxygen simplifies your time on the water. It rigs easily, accelerates quickly, and delivers impressive speed across the course. With a center of effort focused around the rider and smooth, progressive power delivery, the sail naturally settles into a committed stance once you’re in motion.

For 2026, Oxygen evolves again with higher aspect ratios and shorter booms that improve handling and lighten the feel, while re-scheduled luff curves and batten angle re-orientation lowers power and weight distribution, enhancing balance and responsiveness. A slightly lower foot profile adds more punch, especially when fully powered.

All sizes continue to feature multiple tubed battens, typically reserved for competitive designs, adding forward-oriented drive and rock-solid stability in stronger wind. Revised batten specifications further refine this locked-in character, helping the sail deliver both low-wind grunt and clean, efficient performance as conditions build.

Oxygen’s naturally wide wind range is expanded by two clew eyelets: the upper eyelet above the cross-batten powers up the sail in lighter airs, while the lower eyelet below the cross batten makes it easy to depower smoothly when the wind kicks in.

Durability is dialed up for 2026 with new 5mil foot panels. As before, all sizes are offered in two construction variants. The standard version combines a 4.0 mil X-Ply laminate central window and 4.0 mil bi-ply upper body panels. The Oxygen 2026 HD version is constructed with a 4 mil X-Ply laminate central window and 2 mil quad-axial upper panels for added resilience. The Oxygen’s head panels use dual-layer Dacron to improve roll-up ease and enhance long-term durability. A 5.0 mil Kevlar-reinforced laminate clew panel now extends from the clew up to the batten above the boom, prolonging sail life both on the water and in the sailbag.

The new 2026 graphic embodies functional minimalism, reducing unnecessary marker cloth and scrim to lower the sail’s weight center while improving long-term durability.

Finished in this purpose-driven design, Oxygen remains the benchmark for freeriders who want simplicity, speed, and total confidence in all conditions.

    Loftsails Switchblade HD 2026/27

    Größen 5.3 - 8.5

    Preisspanne 1.069,00€ - 1.239,00€

Few sails can claim a legacy as enduring as the Loftsails Switchblade. Born from the high-performance DNA of the Racingblade, the Switchblade channels that pedigree into a more approachable freerace 3-cam profile that delivers relentless acceleration and effortless speed.

For 2026, the Switchblade evolves with a host of refinements that sharpen its performance and durability. A higher aspect ratio with shorter booms creates a lighter, more agile feel, while re-scheduled luff curves and batten angle re-orientation improve balance and lower the sail’s centers of effort and weight. The updated slimmer profile shaping and a slightly lower foot add even more drive when powered up, making the sail feel locked in and efficient across a wide wind range.

At the heart of the Switchblade’s stability are tubed battens, proven to deliver the stiffness and reflex typically reserved for competitive racing designs. The new 30% lighter TekCam 3 system further enhances cam rotation and accommodates higher batten angles, supporting the sail’s refined shaping without sacrificing smooth rigging or handling.

Durability steps up to another level for 2026. New 5 mil foot panels and a reinforced 50mm triple-sewn mast sleeve seam withstand years of hard-charging freerace sessions. The mast pocket is slightly wider and redesigned with 2mil quad-axial laminate side panels, helping to shave weight, especially when wet. The full X-Ply body construction continues to deliver proven strength and longevity.

The Switchblade range remains available in two construction variants. The standard build features 5.0 mil foot panels, a 4.0 mil X-Ply central window, and 4.0 mil bi-ply upper body panels. For riders who demand extra resilience, the HD version combines the same 5.0 mil foot panels with a 4.0 mil X-Ply central window and 2.0 mil quad-axial laminate upper body panels. The Switchblade’s head panels use dual-layer Dacron to improve roll-up ease and enhance long-term durability. A 5.0 mil Kevlar-reinforced laminate clew panel now extends from the clew up to the batten above the boom, prolonging sail life both on the water and in the sailbag.

Finished in a clean, functional minimalism graphic for 2026, the new Switchblade is more than a freerace engine. It’s a refined tool built to thrill session after session, year after year.

    Loftsails Racingblade 2026

    Größen 5.2 - 8.2

    Preisspanne 1.199,00€ - 1.359,00€

Central to the Loftsails racing program, Racingblade is a purpose-built sail engineered for maximum efficiency with fin setups. Specifically developed for competitive slalom racing, it meets all PWA rules and regulations while delivering the acceleration and top-end speed serious racers demand.

The 2026 Racingblade continues its legacy of continuous refinement, introducing a series of updates that elevate handling and performance. Subtle batten angle re-orientation and re-scheduled luff curves improve balance and lower the sail’s center of gravity, while a slightly lower foot profile increases control and delivers even more drive when powered up. The higher aspect ratio and revised shaping reduce drag and create a locked-in, aerodynamic feel across a broad wind range.

At the heart of the Racingblade’s stability are carefully tuned battens, combining longer rod sections and rear-shifted tube segments to create a shallower entry profile. This configuration further cuts drag and promotes smoother, quicker cam rotation. All battens are housed in side-alternating X-Ply pockets to minimize asymmetry and preserve a clean, stable shape under the load. For 2026 Racingblades are equipped with the new 30% lighter Loftsails TekCam 3 system that further enhances cam rotation and accommodates higher batten angles, supporting the sail’s refined shaping without sacrificing smooth rigging or handling.

The mast pocket uses 2-mil quad-axial X-Ply and IYU250 woven material to create a double-layer stretch-resistant zone. This zone runs from head to tack just behind the mast, helping the pocket maintain its precise shape over time. To further improve durability, the mast sleeve now features a 50mm triple-sewn seam, resisting wear through years of rigging and racing.

The new Dual Kevlar clew radials stabilize the sail’s profile under heavy load, distributing forces more evenly and supporting consistent drive and forward pull. Reinforcements across the central window, leech, and foot panels use X-Ply laminates, while 4.0 mil bi-ply body panels provide excellent UV and stretch resistance. For 2026, 5.0 mil foot panels increase durability in high-wear zones, ensuring long-lasting performance session after session.

Finished in a clean, functional minimalism graphic, the Racingblade sheds unnecessary marker cloth and scrim, reducing visual clutter while also lowering the sail’s weight center. The result is a more balanced feel and enhanced reactivity in all conditions.

The Racingblade 2026 is a refined tool built to extract every knot of speed, every ounce of control, and every advantage when it matters most.

Also es funktioniert gut. Man muss nur an der Gabel eher nachtrimmen als bei Segeln mit Cambern. Hat natürlich nicht die Stabilität von Segeln mit Cambern, aber ich mag das „weichere“ Gefühl.
